PE teachers are responsible for providing skills that affect their students’ performances. An important need that all of the students share is getting an hour each day of physical activity at the moderate to vigorous level. As the students reach those goals by becoming physically fit in their physical education classes they are able to be healthy and adhere to the FITT Principles. The Principles are frequency, intensity, time, and type.
